1. Tap 'Settings' on the iPhone Home screen.
In iOS Mail 11, tap 'Accounts & Passwords'
1. In iOS 10, select 'Mail' and tap 'Accounts'
2. In iOS Mail 9 and earlier, select 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'
2. Tap 'Add Account'
3. From the provider list, tap 'Other'.
4. Tap 'Add Mail Account'.
5. Enter your name, full email address and a description for the account
6. With IMAP selected in blue at the top, enter the following details:
   1. Under Incoming Mail Server, set Host name to: mail.yourdomail.com (substitute yourdomain.com with your actual domain).
   2. In Username, enter your full email address
   3. In Password, enter your password
   4. Enter the same details for the Outgoing Mail Server
7. Tap 'Next, in the top right corner. This will start the verification process.
8. Provided that the details entered were correct, ensure that Mail is selected and tap 'Save'

If the verification process fails, check the details you have entered. If the details are correct and it still fails, please raise a support ticket
